Where do we ship from?

All of our items are shipped from our space in Mansfield, TX.

Where do we ship? 

As of 2024, we are only shipping to the Continental USA. 

All orders over $100 receive FREE STANDARD SHIPPING. 

Orders with Standard Shipping typically take between 2-3 business days to be processed and shipped. Weekends and holidays are not business days, and are therefore excluded from processing and shipping times. If you are needing an order expedited, please email us at cowtowncottontails@gmail.com and we can invoice for expedited shipping. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped (if you do not receive please check your spam folder). 

Standard Shipping

Standard Shipping orders are processed once credit card authorization and address verification have been obtained. Orders shipped via standard delivery typically arrive in three (3) to ten (10) business days (Monday through Friday, not including federal holidays). All orders are shipped within 2-3 business days. Shipping price is $7.95 if the order is under $100. It is free for orders over $100.
